KIA offers up to 50% service discount for flood victims

With this year's hyperactive monsoon season, it's not an uncommon sight to see the roads of Metro Manila underwater within just a few minutes of a downpour. And wether you were informed or not, there are some unlucky few who have had their cars damaged by the floods. Well, if you drive a KIA, you're in luck because the Columbian Autocar Corporation (CAC), the exclusive Philippine distributor of the Korean car brand, is extending a helping hand to aid owners of flood-damaged KIAs.
Called the “Goodwill Restoration and Repair” program, KIA Dealers offer up to 50% discount on parts and labor to repair flood-damaged cars. Preventive maintenance parts (oil filter, air filter, and aircon microfilter) will also be provided for FREE. And for customers who have “Acts of Nature” insurance coverage, the discount that was not deducted to the parts price will be applied to the insurance participation. Through this, the customer will have almost zero cash out for the repairs.
Now that the rainy season is coming to a close, you'll only have until October 13, 2012 to avail of KIA's “Goodwill Restoration and Repair” program.
Through this program, KIA hopes to do its part in helping flood victims. This endeavor is also in line with KIA’s after-sales campaign that focuses on the “customer-first” strategy. At the end of it all, KIA wants to offer a customer experience that is hassle-free, completely satisfactory, and promotes mutual trust.
