I think it's just the quality and length of the test. This one is actually pretty hard, and the last question, in fact, requires an entire fifteen to thirty minutes' consideration to answer. (I had to give up with two minutes to go, since I had to leave the office).
On such a short, hard test... the swings in the scores can be erratic. And it seems they're basing this on 140 or 145 being the maximum score, calculating back from the spread we're getting here.
