22nd Trans Sport Show to drive generations on May 30 at the SMX

The country's longest-running car show is back. The 22nd edition of the Trans Sport Show is opening its doors on May 30 and will run until June 2, 2013 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.

This year's show takes on a new “Driving Generations” theme as it draws together classic, exotic, tuner, and custom car enthusiasts. It's the perfect avenue for people to share their love for cars, no matter what age or genre they're from. But more importantly, it allowed fathers to share their passion with their children.

Tradeshow International President Sophie de los Santos couldn't have explained it better. “We have met a lot of fathers and sons, whole families in fact, through the years, who had a steady diet of the Trans Sport Show. It was the inspiration for the show’s new slogan. When we started seeing dads with their L-type Lancers, passionately staring at restored examples with their sons who now drive the latest generation cars, we knew that was what really represented the show.”

POLL: Vote for the 21st Trans Sport Show's Best Booth Display

Voting has ended for the 21st Trans Sport Show's Best Booth Display.

The 21st Trans Sport Show is not all about the gleaming rides, loud sound systems, and beautiful girls. From April 18 to 22, 2012, the country's premier “Car Show for Enthusiasts by Enthusiasts” also features some of the best put-together and most well-thought-of booths that stands out from the crowd. While the cars vying for the Best of Show Awards might be stars of the show, its the stage they stand on that makes them a true show stopper.

In recognition of their creativity and hard work, we at Kotse.com are hosting the 21st Trans Sport Show's Online Voting Contest for the Best Booth Display. In the show's first two days, we have nominated the Top 16 Booths that stood out in terms of originality, concept, and appeal. Now, its up to you to vote from the list who you think has the Best Booth Design.

Voting ends sharply at 3:00 PM on April 21, 2012 and the winner of the 21st Trans Sport Show's Best Booth Design will be awarded at 6:00 PM on the same day at the SM Megamall Megatrade Hall.

The 21st Trans Sport Show returns home on April 18 to 22

After a grand 20th year celebration in 2011, the Philippines' oldest-running car show is returning to its rightful home this year as Tradeshow International and Phoenix Petroleum Philippines set the stage for the 21st Trans Sport Show on April 18 to 22, 2012 at the Megatrade Hall in SM Megamall.

Staying true to its principle of being a “Car Show for Enthusiasts by Enthusiasts,” the organizers of the Trans Sport Show raised the bar by choosing only the best of the best cars in its competition. The 21st Phoenix Trans Sport Show Cup will have a total of 15 categories, with two major awards - Best of Show Nostalgic (vintage and classic cars) and Best of Show Contemporary (new cars) - judged by a panel that includes veteran Osamu Hasegawa with Eddie Salonga, Boyer Kalugdan, John Escobar, Nilo Escalona, Pepon Marave, and George Apacible.

The “Grand 3-Ring Motoring Event” brings together a world of contrasts, as authentic classics take on contemporary customs vying to be show's finest. Trans Sport Show celebrates 20 with a Triple Treat

Trans Sport Show, the country's longest running motor show, is celebrating its 20th birthday by throwing the grandest party yet, and everyone's invited! Dubbed as the “Grand 3-Ring Motoring Event,” it brings together three of the best car shows under one roof - the 20th Trans Sport Show, the 1st Philippine Nostalgic Motor Show, and the 4th Manila Sports Car Club Concours d' Elegance. Party starts on the 26th of May and runs until the 29th at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex and co-presented by Phoenix Fuels Life in cooperation with Solar Auto Club.

A Milestone

Organized by TradeShow International Inc. (TSI), the 20th edition of the Trans Sport Show sets a new milestone as the longest-running car show in the country. Since its establishment in 1992 as a general automotive show, we have seen the Trans Sport Show evolve into the pinnacle of custom car shows and have now become part of the Filipino car enthusiasts' culture. Year after year, they manage to put on a show better than the last. It's a “Car Show for Enthusiasts by Enthusiasts.”
