BMW PH explains why FlexiLease could be the best way to own a brand new BMW

It was only a few weeks ago when the Asian Carmakers Corporation (ACC), the official importer and distributor of BMW in the Philippines, introduced their newest ownership program called FlexiLease.
ACC describes it as “an operating lease program that offers flexibility for companies and individuals who want to experience sheer driving pleasure at the most convenient way possible.” It does this by offering “low initial cash-out and monthly rates and drive a brand new BMW vehicle every two or three years depending on the lease term applied for.”
But seriously, is it really better than paying cash outright? Think about it, after paying two or three years in lease, you don't get to keep the car. That left us with the question: “What's the point?” Thankfully, ACC Marketing Manager Karl Magsuci took time off from his busy schedule to explain to us how FlexiLease really works.

Bimmerfest X sizzles with everything BMW in summer
Yeah, you don't have to tell us that it's the middle of summer. We can feel the scorching heat too. So what does the country's sole all-BMW car show do to host their 10th year anniversary? Rent a huge ass air-conditioned tent in the heart to Alabang, of course! This way, all visitors can bask not in the heat, but in the passion of everything BMW.
Bimmerfest X, the 10th annual all-BMW car show hosted by the BMW Car Club of the Philippines (BMWCCP), sizzled last May 4, 2013 at the Filinvest Tent in Alabang. And doing what they do best, this year's show focused on BMW's two most famous tag lines: “The Ultimate Driving Machine” and “Joy.”

BMW's new FlexiLease program is an ownership plan for bigwigs
Nothing says “You've made it” quite like a brand new BMW. That's why the Asian Carmakers Corporation (ACC), the official importer and distributor of BMW in the Philippines, came up with FlexiLease - their newest ownership program that will let all aspiring BMW owners know what it feels like to be top gun at the most convenient way possible.
FlexiLease is open for both individual and corporate customers and offers (1) minimal 10% deposit; (2) operating lease; and (3) 24 and 36 month lease terms. Plus, the monthly fees are inclusive of Comprehensive Insurance, LTO Registration, BMW Standard Maintenance Services, and Fast approval of lease applications (5 working days for individuals and 7 working days for corporate customers).

Bimmerfest X celebrates 10 years of passion for performance on May 4
The BMW Car Club of the Philippines is celebrating something monumental this year. That's because the only official BMW club in the country recognized by BMW AG is hosting Bimmerfest X - their 10th annual all-BMW car show.
For some, BMW is just a car brand that represents a certain lifestyle of affluence. But for these guys, it represents passion, performance, camaraderie, and most importantly, joy. So from 10 am to 9 pm on May 4, 2013 at the Filinvest Tent, Filinvest City in Alabang, visit Bimmerfest X so you too can be part of the BMW experience.
Now on its 10th year, this will be the first time for Bimmerfest to be held indoor, showcasing one of the biggest collection of cars by far. To be exact, they're expecting about 100 BMWs to be on display. And for this year, the BMW Owners' Society of Safe Riders will join in the fray to display their own BMW motorbikes.

BMW to build P1-billion flagship dealership in Bonifacio Global City
Asian Carmakers Corporation (ACC), the official importer and distributor of BMW in the Philippines has just inked a deal with the Armed Forces and Police Mutual Benefit Association, Inc. (AFPMBAI) for the long term lease of an AFPMBAI property located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
The deal is said to be worth over P1-billion and will become the future site of BMW's Flagship dealership - envisioned to be the largest and most modern showroom in the country. Both parties, however, didn't say how long the “long term lease” really is or how big the flagship dealership will be.

1st BMW Roadshow storms Mount Malarayat on February 22 to 24
Asian Carmakers Corporation (ACC), the official importer and distributor of BMW in the Philippines, will be hosting the first-ever BMW Roadshow this coming February 22 to 24, 2013, at the Mount Malarayat Gold & Country Club in Lipa City, Batangas.
They'll give all visitors the chance to test drive on-site a wide range of BMW's, hopefully including the new BMW 6 Series Coupe and Z4 35is Roadster that will be on display. BMW owners can also bring their cars and avail of FREE diagnostics and maintenance at the BMW Express Bay. And for those who want to experience the power of M, do visit the BMW M Performance Zone and select from many original BMW performance parts and accessories available specially at the Roadshow.

BMW is the Philippines' top luxury car brand for 10 straight years
In 2012, the Asian Carmakers Corporation (ACC), the official importer and distributor of BMW in the country, sold so much cars in the Philippines that they took hold of 33% market share in the luxury car segment. Though they didn't divulge the exact figures, this achievement solidifies the German automaker as the No. 1 luxury car brand in the Philippines - a position they've been holding on to for 10 straight years.
It was truly a banner year for BMW as it broke new grounds and set new records in the country. And these are their Top Achievements in 2012 that helped them become No. 1:

BMW inaugurates new JCA Technology Complex in Xavier University
Asian Carmakers Corporation (ACC), the official importer and distributor of BMW cars in the Philippines, recently joined Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan for the inauguration of the newly-built Jose Ch. Alvarez (JCA) Technology Complex which was named after ACC's own Chairman.
The JCA Technology Complex is now the new home of the Xavier University Center for Integrated Technologies (XU-CIT) and is set to be the leading institution for technical education in Northern Mindanao. The establishment of the new Technology Complex falls under the partnership that ACC made with Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan to bring BMW’s expertise to the students of Mindanao.

2012 Paris Motor Show : The Inside Story

Paris is, without a doubt, the most romantic city in the world. Its culture, cuisine, and bright spirit are representative of its native language, which is quite possibly the most beautiful language known to man. It is home to some of the most iconic structures to have ever been built - the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Arc de Triomphe. Nothing prepares you for its charm, nostalgia, and chic. Its effervescent warmth makes it the most visited city in the world. So when the chance to go to the Mondial de l’Automobile 2012, otherwise known as the Paris Motor Show, popped-up, I didn't think twice to grab it. It’s only five hours away from where I live, and kids go free. So, what the heck!

Evening the odds: The BMW concept 4 Series Coupe

Our favorite Bavarian automaker has literally upped the ante on their coupe, the 3 Series, by making it a 4. This is the new BMW concept 4 Series Coupe, which will effectively replace the 3 Series Coupe.
By 2013, BMW intends to add one digit to their coupe and convertible line and give the owners a little more “exclusivity” and the car, more individual character. It also seems that BMW is taking serious strides in dealing with the competition that Audi has been bringing into the playground.
