Nino Garcia claims his back-to-back victory in Grid A, finishing just 3.515 seconds ahead of Leg 1 winner Paolo Mantalino and Eggy Ong. Meanwhile in Grid B, newcomer this season Don Portugal surprised everyone by crossing the finish line in pole, with Alan Arguelles and Bong Perez following closely in second and third place respectively. And with 11 racers lined up on the starting line in Grid C, Luigi Cupino did an exceptional job keeping everyone behind him for seven laps. Ulysses Paredes and Marcus Timbol were also locked in a tight battle throughout the race and took the chequered flag with only 0.045 seconds splitting the two.
The man in the green Mark Young Racing Honda CRX has done it again. Carlos Anton set the fastest time of the day with a 1:45.942 lap, which was a clear 2.616 seconds quicker than his closest rival Joby Tanseco. Another 2.261 seconds behind was Rolf Wiltscheck who made up the top three in Bracket A.
In Bracket B, Jun Cruz also makes it a hat trick, winning his third consecutive victory this season. Jeff Roxas-Chua, on the other hand, just squeezes by second place by just 0.136 seconds ahead of Chad Parian.
Separated by just less than four tenths of a seconds, Jessie Mance, Jon Zapanta, and Alan Arguelles took the top three spots respectively in Bracket C. Meanwhile, Toby Santiago consistently put down quick laps that secured him first place in Bracket D, with James Diz, and Edwin Rodriguez trailing behind. Mark Dy also had a repeat win in Bracket E, while first timer Jun Cabrera bested the other 19 drivers in Bracket F.
